We provide FREE shipping to the 48 states in the US(Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico excluded).
And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
All our products are shipped from CA, US warehouse.
Shipping Time
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1 business days
- Shipping time: US: 2-7 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Due to uncertainties delivery may be delayed, please contact us if you do not receive the product in more than 8 business days
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
